The job was to buiild a campaign around a new character, or "Doll", originally Molly, then changed to Kandi. My idea to cover her in colors, candy and crazy came from the rave lifestyle. Combined with a padded cell environment, recreational drugs were replaced by candy and Kandi's addiction is being fed. The idea was to feed a girl's inner party child and the campaign asked, "Can you hang with Kandi?"
